The County of Cornwall (Bissom Road, Road From Bissom Estate To Glenmore House, Penryn) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penryn. This prohibition is necessary for cabling and tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th April 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekends included.
Roads affected - Road From Bissom Estate To Glenmore House between the property named Bissom Farm and the junction of Bissom Road and Bissom Road, Bissom, Penryn between the property named Glenmore House and the junction of Tregew Road.

The County of Cornwall (Bosillion Lane, Grampound) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Grampound.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd April 2025 to 25th April 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Bosillion Lane, Grampound between the junction of Old Tannery Lane and the Access To Higher Tregonjohn Farm. An alternative route will be signed on site.

The County of Cornwall (College Road, Truro) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro.
This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2025 to 25th April 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Road affected - College Road, Truro for its entire length.

Cornwall Council
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 1st October 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 7, Parish of Budock between grid references SW 78739 31319 and SW 78796 31403.
The Order which commenced on the 2nd October 2024 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 31st March 2026.
The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 31st March 2025 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to a damaged bridge.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th April 2025 to 11th April 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Hendra Lane, Ashton between the property named Hendra Farmhouse and the junction of Hendra Close. There is no alternative route.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Kergilliack.
This prohibition is necessary for trenching, poling, reinstatement and anti skid road painting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2025 to 18th April 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only. Roads affected - Hillhead Road, Kergilliack between grid reference SW78216 33240 and the junction of Hill Head and Hill Head, Penryn between the junction of Hillhead Road and the property named The Cornish Codfather Hillhead Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Helston.
This prohibition is necessary for boundary wall repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2025 to 25th April 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day between 7th April 2025 and 17th April 2025 and 0930 -1430 between 22nd April 2025 and 25th April 2025, weekends included.
Road affected - Manaccan, Helston between the junction of Minster Meadow and the property named The Square House.
