TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS (AMENDMENT) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2004
The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications, and others as set out in the legislation. Where applicable the planning applications listed below should be made by 17 April 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed in writing will be carefully considered. They may be made public. The applications can be viewed on the website.
ALL CANNINGS PL/2025/02988 – Cross Keys House, The Street. Removal of building, construction of new building, Landscape alterations.
AVEBURY PL/2025/02687 – Avebury Manor Estate Office, High Street. Replacement doors & external works.
BISHOP'S CANNINGS PL/2025/01544 – Horton House, Horton. Roof repairs & re-thatching.
BROMHAM PL/2025/01103 – 1-3 The Byways, 64 Westbrook. Removal of section 52 agreement associated with development of site.
CHUTE FOREST PL/2025/02441 & PL/2025/02645 – Mersheath, Bushcomb. Demolition & erection of extension.
CORSHAM PL/2025/02577 – The courtyard of The Old. 45 High Street, Park, Hartsham. Change of use to 5 short-term holiday lets. Change of use of courtyard to dining area & shepherd huts.
CORSHAM PL/2025/02015 – 50 Spring Lodge Logistics, Braydon Lane, Chelworth. Commercial A2 use. Change of use to B1c Industrial Unit.
GREAT BEDWYN PL/2025/02727 – Totterdown House, 44 Church Street. Internal alterations.
LYDIARD TREGOZE / ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT PL/2025/03014 – Land at Bridge Hill Farm, Hook Street. Erection of mixed use site comprising up to 425 dwellings, Local centre, a Primary School, green space & infrastructure, including works to Hook Street.
MARLBOROUGH PL/2025/02648 & PL/2025/02652 – St Peter’s School, The Parade. Refurbishment, Internal alterations & roof repairs.
MARLBOROUGH PL/2025/03079 – 136 High Street. Shop front changes, internal alterations & installation of roof lantern.
MARLBOROUGH PL/2025/02625 – Land to rear of Alma Place. Variation of conditions (approved plans) of previously placed commercial industrial & logistics development.
MARLBOROUGH PL/2025/02164 – 4 & 5 The Bell House Apartments, 64 High Street. Internal alterations.
WEST STOWE PL/2025/02938 – The Studio, 1 Trenchard Line. Variation of condition 2.
WEST OVERTON PL/2025/01314 & PL/2025/01238 – Castle Cottage, Lockeridge, Marlborough. External alterations.
