Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
C2128 Kinver Road, Caunsall (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2128 Kinver Road from its junction with C2013 Caunsall Road to its junction with C2019 Sugars Lane.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Alternative route: C2013 Caunsall Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, into Staffordshire & vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.
Commencing: 28 March 2025 and 1 April 2025.
B4196 Arley Common, Stourport on Severn (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4196 Arley Common from its junction with U1092 Rockstone Road to its junction with U1096 Redstone Lane.
Reason: Lay new ducting by Openreach.
Alternative route: B4196 Astley, B4194 Pearl Lane, A451 Dunley Road, B4196 Arley Common, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 19 April 2025.
U13606 Briar Hill, Chaddesley Corbett (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U13606 Briar Hill from its junction with C2017 Briar Hill for a distance of 50 metres in a north easterly direction.
Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent Water.
Alternative route: C2017 Briar Hill, U13606 Briar Hill (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 31 March 2025.
A449 Wolverhampton Road, Kidderminster (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of A449 Wolverhampton Road from its junction with A451 Stourbridge Road for a distance of 416.0 metres in a northerly direction until the boundary with Staffordshire.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Alternative route: A451 Stourbridge Road into Staffordshire and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (20:00–05:00) between 31 March 2025 and 11 April 2025.
C2192 Menton Wood/C2192 Menton Wood to Malvern Hills Boundary, Menith Wood (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2192 – C2192 Menton Wood and U1015/P1164 Menith Wood to Malvern Hills Boundary from its junction with C2192 Menton Wood to its junction with C2192 Menton Wood to Malvern Hills Boundary (Southerly direction) – C2192 Menton Wood to its junction with C2192 P1164 Lane.
Reason: New water connection by Network Plus on behalf of Severn Trent Water.
Alternative route: C2240 Pensax Road, C2023 Pensax, C2024 Stockton, A443 Stockton, A443 Eardiston, U1956 C6125 Menith Wood and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days
Commencing: 27 April 2025 and 28 May 2025.
U1215 Park Lane, Stourport on Severn (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U1215 Park Avenue from its junction with B4195 Bewdley Road to its junction with B4195 Minster Road.
Reason: Repair and reinstatement of carriageway by WCC.
Alternative route: U1215 Park Avenue, U1215 Park Lane, A451 Minster Road, U1217 Vernon Road, U1050 Lickhill Road, B4195 Park Avenue (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 22 April 2025.
U10006 Cross Bank/U10006 Blissgate Road, Bewdley (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 — U10006 Cross Bank from its junction with C2194 Lye Head Road to its junction with U10007 Bine Lane. Closure 2 — U10006 Blissgate Road from its junction with U10007 Bine Lane to its junction with C2021 Blissgate Road.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.
Alternative route: C2194 Lye Head Road, A456 Callow Hill, C2021 Blissgate Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days
between 31 March 2025 and 14 April 2025.
U10007 Bine Lane, Rock (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U10007 Bine Lane from its junction with U10006 Bliss Gate Road to its junction with C2021 Heightington Road.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.
Alternative route: U10006 Bliss Gate Road, C2021 Bliss Gate Road, C2021 Heightington Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day
between 31 March 2025 and 14 April 2025.
U12135 Castle Road, Kidderminster (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U12135 Castle Road from its junction with U12147 New Rd to its junction with U12145 Park Ln.
Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent.
Alternative route: U12135 Castle Rd (part), U12145 Park Ln, A451 Stourport Rd, U12147 New Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (20:00–06:00). Commencing: 31 March 2025.
U11009 Longmynd Way, Stourport on Severn (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U11009 Longmynd Way from its junction U11014 Bredon Way to its junction with U11010 Ankerdine Avenue.
Reason: Sewer Works by Severn Trent Water.
Alternative route: U11009 Longmynd Way (part), U11010 Ankerdine Avenue, U11011 Langdale Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days.
Commencing: 22 April 2025.
EXEMPTIONS:
TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
A450 Worcester Road, Clent (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2025
Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A450 Worcester Road from its junction with A456 Kidderminster Road South to its junction with U12403 Broome Lane.
Reason: Gas main replacement works by Cadent Gas.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 42 days.
Works commencing: 11 March 2025.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Various Roads, Bewdley and Ribbesford (20mph Zone) Order 2025
On 28 March 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to impose a 20 mph Zone on the following lengths of road in Bewdley:
B4190 Wribbenhall and Welch Gate (for 20 miles per hour speed limit)
Welch Gate from a point 48 metres south west of its junction with Sandy Bank to a point 81 metres north west of its junction with Sandy Bank
B4194 Load Street from a point 33 metres to the west of its junction with Severn Side South to its junction with Kidderminster Road (northbound) including its roundabout junction with Dog Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction
Dog Lane for its entire length
B4190 Load Street for its entire length
Severn Side North for its entire length
Severn Side South for its entire length
Sandy Bank from its junction with Welch Gate for a distance of 7.5 metres in a westerly direction
Peck Lane from its junction with Load Street for a distance of 16.5 metres in a southerly direction
Lax Lane for its entire length
B4190 Beales Corner from its junction with Load Street to a point 35 metres north west of its junction with B4195 Stourport Road
B4195 Stourport Road from its junction with B4190 Beales Corner to a point 141 metres north west of its junction with Lax Lane
These are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 29 April 2025.

Wyre Forest District – Stourport on Severn Area (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Variation) Order 2025 (Prohibition of Waiting) (Revocation and Proposal) on Lax Lane, Stourport on Severn
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit at any time on the following lengths of roads in Stourport on Severn:
South Side – Proposed
New kerbline waiting limited Waiting 30 Mins No Return 30 Mins Mon–Sat 8am–6.30pm – From a point 54m west of its junction with Lombard Street, for a distance of 41m in a westerly direction.
Limited waiting 30 mins no return 30mins Mon–Sat 8am–6.30pm – From a point 12m west of its junction with Lombard Street, for a distance of 20m in a westerly direction.
North Side – Proposed
Revocation: No waiting – From a point 12m west of its junction with Lombard Street, for a distance of 15m in a westerly direction.
Limited waiting 30mins no return 30mins Mon–Sat 8am–6.30pm – From a point 12m west of its junction with Lombard Street, for a distance of 15m in a westerly direction.
The Order will prevent the contravention of waiting prohibitions and facilitate enforcement by means of traffic warden or camera enforcement.
