Livingston - Temporary Road Restriction and Traffic Regulation
What is happening?
THE WEST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (A899 LIVINGSTON) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025 - TTO/25/88
The Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that the roads noted in the Schedule below will be closed/subject to a temporary speed limit for the period specified to enable bridge refurbishment works to be carried out. Traffic will be diverted as undernoted.
Pedestrians will be unaffected. Further information is available from the Roads Manager on 01506 280000.

Road Closure: A899 southbound on slip road at Almond Interchange from roundabout at west end of Almond Road, Craigshill on to Almond Valley Bridge
Diversion Route: A899 southbound on slip closure at Almond Interchange: Almond Interchange, A899 northbound on slip, A899 northbound carriageway, eastbound off slip at Cousland Interchange, Cousland Road, A899 southbound on slip at Cousland Interchange, A899 southbound carriageway
30mph Speed Limit: Full length of A899 between Lizzie Brice Roundabout and Livingston North Roundabout (Deer Park) on northbound and southbound carriageways
