What is happening?

Temporary Orders 

The Cornwall Council 
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Penwerris Lane, Falmouth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth. This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th April 2025 to 25th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Penwerris Lane, Falmouth for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Penwerris Lane, Falmouth between the junctions of Tresawle Road and Symons Hill.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Breage. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2025 to 23rd April 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Polladras, Breage for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mullion. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair a defective cover and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th April 2025 to 11th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Polurrian Road, Mullion between the properties named Tree Tops and Jan Duli.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Constantine. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2025 to 2nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Road From Goongillings To Junction North Of Mount View and Polwheveral, Constantine for their entire lengths.

This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2025 to 24th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd April 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th April 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Victory Inn To Chapel Villa, Mount Hawke for its entire length.
