TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS VARIOUS ROADS (AS SET OUT IN THE SCHEDULE BELOW), COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on the roads detailed in the below Schedule.

The Order will come into effect on 07:00 hours on Monday 31st March 2025 and is required to enable Pothole repairs and associated works to take place safely on the said roads.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Tuesday 31st March 2026.

The roads will be closed or restricted on a number of occasions for various durations, to such an extent when prescribed signs are displayed. The specific closure times for each road would apply as the signage indicates on site. Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site and access to premises would be maintained wherever possible.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to and egress to properties on the closed section of the roads.

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS MONKSWOOD CRESCENT, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Burns Road from its junction with Monkswood Crescent from the side of property number 15 for approximately 99 metres.

The Order will come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 31st March 2025 and is required for allow Cadent Gas to carry out gas mains replacement works on the highway to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 23:59 hours on Friday 11th April 2025.

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Monkswood Crescent.

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY PARKING & TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS VARIOUS ROADS, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding of any vehicle on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

The Order will come into effect at 07:00 hours on Monday, 31 March 2025 and is required to enable footway reconstruction, repairs and associated works to be undertaken safely on the roads mentioned in the Schedule below.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 31 March 2025.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the closure will be sign posted on site.

Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) reasonable local vehicular access or egress to properties on the closed section of road.

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS BOLINGBROKE ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Bolingbroke Road from its junction with Stoke Green to its junction with Humber Road.

The Order would come into effect from 00:01 hours on Thursday 10th April 2025 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to carry out access chamber cover repair works on the highway to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 23:59 hours on Thursday 10th April 2025.

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Bolingbroke Road

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS RADFORD ROAD, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Radford Road from its junction with Fynford Road to its junction with Swillington Road.

The Order would come into effect from 00:01 hours on Sunday 6th April 2025 and is required to allow manhole cover and frame repair works on the highway to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 23:59 hours on Sunday 6th April 2025.

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Diversions for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.

Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Radford Road

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1) AND (2A)
NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Coventry, in exercise of their powers under section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) intends to dispose of an area of land measuring approximately 7,472 sqm in total being land off Hermes Way Coventry
