THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF CALDERDALE
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
(HUBBERTON GREEN ROAD, SOWERBY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Core
Highways have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Hubberton Green Road from its junction with Well Head Lane to Rooley Lane for a distance of approximately 299.95 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not
extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out
and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Rooley Lane,
Town Gate, Well Head Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into
operation on 31st March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months,
notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 1st April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.
(PLAIN LANE, SOWERBY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Core
Highways have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Plain Lane from its junction with Rooley Lane to Ratten Row Road for a distance of approximately
302.41 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles
being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian
access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency
services is maintained. The alternative route is via Ratten Row Road, Parkin Hall Lane, Toot Hill Lane, Red Brink Lane, Well Head Lane, Town Gate, Rooley
Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 31st March
2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that
the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 1st April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(THUNDERTON LANE, SOWERBY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Core
Highways have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Thunderton Lane from its junction with Ratten Row Road to Upper Plain Farm for a distance of approximately 169.04 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Ratten Row Road, Parkin Hall Lane, Toot Hill Lane, Red Brink Lane, Well Head Lane, Town Gate, Rooley Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 31st March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 1st April 2025. (TROOPER LANE, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Poletek Communications Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Trooper Lane from No. 29 to No. 51 for a distance of approximately 65 metres.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in
connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained
at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained.
The alternative route is via Southowram Bank, Bank Bottom, Berry Lane, Bailey Hall Road, Swan Bank. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 31st March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road
re-opened on 1st April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(UPPER FIELD HOUSE LANE, TRIANGLE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Core
Highways have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Upper Field House Lane from its junction with Dean Lane to Upper Field House Farm for a distance of approximately 369.79 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition
shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Dean Lane, Town Gate, Rooley Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 2nd April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 2nd April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.
(DEEP LANE, SOWERBY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Core
Highways have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Deep Lane from its junction with Well Head Lane to Back Rigging Lane for a distance of approximately 145.04 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Well Head Lane, Dob Lane, Higham and Dob Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 3rd April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.
(IVY STREET SOUTH, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ivy Street South from No. 22 to No. 25 for a distance of approximately 3 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained.
No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into
operation on 3rd April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months,
notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 4th April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(MIREY LANE, SOWERBY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Core
Highways have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Mirey Lane from its junction with Well Head Lane to Wine Tavern Lane for a distance of approximately 234.61 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Well Head Lane, Dob Lane, Higham and Dob Lane, Shield Hall Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed
sooner and the road re-opened on 3rd April 2025. The Order will be in
operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.
(BOGGART LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Boggart Lane from Sowerby Croft Lane to Bank Road for a distance of approximately 211 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Sowerby Croft Lane, Scar Head Road, Bank Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 14th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 15th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(GOOSE NEST LANE, NORLAND)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which
will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Goose Nest Lane from its junction with Hob Lane to side of no. 2
Goose Nest Lane for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT
such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with
works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Goose Nest Lane, Long Lane, Watson Mill Lane, Sowerby Croft Lane, Harper Royd Lane, Hob Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 14th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that
the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th April
2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(SOWERBY CROFT LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Sowerby Croft Lane from its junction with Boggart Lane to Spark House Lane for a distance of approximately 254 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for
the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Spark
House Lane, Boggart Lane, Holmes Road and vice versa. It is proposed that
the Order will come into operation on 14th April 2025 and remain in force for
a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed
sooner and the road re-opened on 15th April 2025. The Order will be in
operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(GRATRIX LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by S9 Communications Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Gratrix Lane from its junction with Bolton Brow to No. 4 Gratrix Lane for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Upper Bolton Brow, Park Road, unaffected part of Gratrix Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 15th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(STAUPS LANE, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no
person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Staups
Lane from No. 14 to No. 32 for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in
connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained
at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Godley Lane, Kell Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 15th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 15th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(HIGHLANDS LANE ILLINGWORTH)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no
person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Highlands
Lane from No. 1 to No. 3 for a distance of approximately 2.6 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Highlands Lane, Whitehill Road, Moor Bottom Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 18th April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(JAGGER GREEN LANE, HOLYWELL GREEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms intend to make an Order the effect of which will be
that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jagger Green Lane from outside Towngate House to outside The Barn for a distance of approximately 160 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Station Road, Stainland Road, Green Lane, Clay Pit Lane, New Hey Road, Swan Lane, New Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th April 2025.
The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.
(LOWER EDGE ROAD, ELLAND)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Peter
Duffy Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person
shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lower Edge Road
from its junction with Thirlmere Avenue to Grasmere Drive for a distance of
approximately 90 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Lower Edge Road, Whitwell Green Lane, B6114, New Hey Road, Deer Hill and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30
& 15:30.
