Enfield, Multiple Roads Temporary Closures Due To Various Works

What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

YORK WAY, STOCKTON ROAD, UPTON ROAD, SCOTT HOUSE, WOOLMER ROAD N18 – 4466

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works

Operational Date and times:

“At Any time” on 31 March 2025 for 1 day.

The general effect of the Order Will be to on:

Stockton Road N18

  • Suspend parking on both sides of this road from its junction with Hawes Road to outside Nos. 17/19 Stockton Road.

York Road N18

  • Suspend parking on both sides of this road from its junction with Stockton Road, northwards for approximately 25 metres and from its junction with Berkshire Gardens to outside Nos. 49/51 York Road.

Upton Road N18

  • Suspend parking on both sides of this road from its junction with York Road to a point in line with the western flank wall of No.67 Upton Road.

Woolmer Road N18

  • Suspend parking on both sides of this road from Nos. 18/20 Woolmer Road to Nos.34/36 Woolmer Road.

Scott House N18

  • Suspend parking on both sides of this road from its junction with Woolmer Road, all estate roadway footways and car parking bays within the estate boundary.

MANOR FARM ROAD AND MANOR COURT EN1 – 4467

Reason for 14(1) Order – UKPN Works

Operational Date and times:

Manor Farm Road EN1

“At Any time” on 31 March 2025 for 22 days or until works are completed.

Manor Court EN1

“At Any time” on 21 April 2025 for 36 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to on:

Manor Farm Road EN1

  • Close this road from its junction with Bullsmoor Lane to Nos.14/16 Manor Farm Road; and

  • Suspend parking on both sides of this road from Nos. 23/25 Manor Farm Road to its junction with Bullsmoor Lane.

Manor Court EN1

  • Close this road at the northeast arm for approximately 50 metres; and

  • Suspend parking on both sides of this road from its junction with Manor Farm Road eastwards for approximately 44 metres; the northeast arm for approximately 50 metres; the southwest arm for approximately 50 metres and the south to north arm for approximately 64 metres.

MAIN AVENUE AND SECOND AVENUE EN1 – 4468

Reason for 14(1) Order – Utility Works

Operational Date and times:

“At Any time” on 31 March 2025 for 3 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order Will be on:

Second Avenue EN1

  • Suspend parking on this road from its junction with Main Avenue to outside Nos.9/10 Second Avenue; and

Main Avenue EN1

  • Suspend parking on this road from its junction with Second Avenue, eastwards for approximately 40 metres.

PARK ROAD EN3 – 4469

Reason for 14(1) Order – Water Works

Operational Date and times:

“At Any time” on 1 April 2025 for 4 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order Will be

to suspend parking on both sides of this road from Nos.36/38 Park Road to Nos.52/54 Park Road,

The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by Traffic signs.

Access will be maintained only as far as the works allow
