Bruton Road - Temporary Closure To Pole Replacement Works

Temporary Closure of Bruton Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Bruton Road - from the junction with Hassocks Lane to the junction with Copplesbury Lane. A total distance of 471 metres.
This Order will enable Openreach to carry out pole replacement works.
The Order becomes effective on 10th April 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 20th April 2025 and last until 20th April 2025 between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 for a total of 8 hours.
