Eaton Bank - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate Cabling Works
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
EATON BANK, LITTLE EATON
WHEN: 31 March to 29 April 2025 (07:00 to 19:00 each day).
WHERE: Eaton Bank, Rigga Lane, Duffield Road, Little Eaton from the jct. with Rigga Lane to the jct. with Woodlands Close.
REASON: To facilitate cabling works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Duffield Road, Alfreton Road, A38, Abbey Hill Westbound, Burley Hill, Derby Road, Makeney Road, Eaton Bank and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
