DOCKIN HILL ROAD DONCASTER
PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
EXTENSION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the above named Order made by
City of Doncaster Council on the 7th day of November 2024
which came into force on the 8th day of November 2024 has
been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of
State for Transport under section 15(3) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 up to and including the 7th
day of May 2026. The Order would otherwise have expired on
the 31st day of March 2025.
The Order was made to ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to repair and rebuild the front wall of a
dangerous structure are undertaken.
Reason for the extension of the temporary order is
due to ongoing issues with structural surveys and
insurance accountability.
NOTICE is also given that there is no alternative route for
vehicles affected by the Order. This is a dead end road,
causing no issues to other residents
