Upper Hillfoot Road, Dollar (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Upper Hillfoot Road, Dollar) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 5th February 2025: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Upper Hillfoot Road, Dollar (From a point 135 metres or thereby west of its junction with A91, westwards for a distance of 70 meters or thereby).
Diversion via Upper Hillfoot Road, Hillfoots Road, West Burnside, A91 and vice versa. The order runs from 0800 hours until 1700 hours on Thursday 17th April 2025. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for BT Openreach to carry out works.
Various Streets, Alva (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Alva) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 18th February 2025:
Schedule 1; where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at the following streets in Alva from 0900 hours until 1500 hours for a period of 30 metres or thereby). Mitie Gardens, Alva (From its junction with Norton Street eastwards for a distance of 34 metres or thereby). Schedule 2; where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at the following streets in Alva from 0930 hours until 1500 hours for a period of 30 metres or thereby). The order runs from 0900 hours until 1500 hours from Monday 12th May 2025 until Friday 16th May 2025, and from Monday 19th May 2025 until 1500 hours on Friday 13th June 2025 in accordance with the programme of works.
Schedule 1 & 2 are required to allow the Temporary Prohibition of driving, parking and loading to take effect. Access shall be maintained where possible for residents, deliveries and vehicles of school students who should be escorted at all times by a responsible adult. Access will be maintained where possible for police and emergency services.
