What is happening?

(Promenâd Llanfairfechan) (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros) 2025

Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1 a 2 a Rhan IV Atodlen 9, Deddf Rheoli Traffigedd Ffyrdd 1984, a’i effaith fydd cyfyngu olygyngiadau ar y darnau o ffordd fel y nodir yn yr Atodlenni isod.

Bydd eithriadau’n cael eu darparu yn y Gorchymyn arfaethedig er mwyn caniatáu aros i bwrpas cload allan o gerbyd, mynd i mewn i gerbyd, llwytho, dadlwytho a gwaith cynnal a chadw, trwsio ac yn y blaen ac ar gyfer cerbydau sy’n darparu gwasanaethau bwrddwythu unigolh ac aeligo parcio i bobl anabl.

Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, ynghyd â mapiau sy’n dangos y darn ffordd y mae’r Gorchymyn yn berthnasol iddynt, ac datganiad o resymau’r Cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn Swyddfeydd y Cyngor, Coed Pella, Bae Colwyn, Llyfrgell Llanfairfechan ac ar wefan y Cyngor.

Dylid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau I’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, ynghyd â’r rhesymau drostynt, ar bapur at yr Adran Drafnid, yr Amgylchedd Ffydd a Chyfleusterau, Blwch Post 1 Bae Colwyn LL29 0GG neu at traffic@conwy.gov.uk erbyn 18 Ebrill 2025.

The County Borough of Conwy (Promenade Llanfairfechan)

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2025

The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 and 2 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will place restrictions on the lengths of road as set out in the Schedules below.

Exceptions will also be provided in the proposed Order to permit waiting for the purposes of alighting, boarding, loading, unloading and works of maintenance, repair and the like and for vehicles displaying both a disabled person’s badge and a disabled person’s parking disc.

A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the length of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay, Llanfairfechan Library and on the Council website.

Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the Traffic Section, Environment Roads and Facilities, PO Box 1 Colwyn Bay LL29 0GG or to traffic@conwy.gov.uk by 18 April 2025.
