We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Penniston Lane & West Knapton to Snainton Road, Ebberston, Old Station Road, Ampleforth, Swinton Lane, Malton, Battling Hills Lane & Knott Road, Rosedale East, Road from Edenhouse Road to Eden Camp & Wise House Lane, Old Malton, Millfield Close, Pool Court, East Ings Lane, Peaslands Lane, Lendales Lane, Beansheaf Lane, Yatts Road & Whitby Road, Pickering, Princess Road, Malton, Whinny Lane, Claxton, Warrenhouse Road, Allerston, Duffits Lane & Riders Lane, Crambe, High Street, Brook Lane & Church Lane, Thornton-le-Dale, Gill Lane & Daleside Road, Rosedale Abbey, Rievaulx Bank to Newgate Bank, Rievaulx, Coppice Lane, Wrelton, Saltergate Bank, Hudgin Lane & Back Lane, Lockton, Church Lane & Beckside, Settrington, Terrington to Bulmer Road, Ganthorpe, Middlehead Road, Stape, Mill Lane, Birdsall, Lilling Back Lane, West Lilling, Barney Lane & Malton Lane to Studgale House, Flaxton, Onhams Lane, Whitwell-on-the-Hill, Sand Hutton to Upper Helmsley, Upper Helmsley, Gatehowe Road & Thixendale to Fimber Road, Thixendale, Low Street, Sproxton, Feversham Drive & New Road to Kirkdale Lane, Kirkbymoorside, Cowhouse Bank, Helmsley, Beverley Road, Norton-on-Derwent, Main Street, Hutton-le-Hole, Church Lane & High Back Side, Middleton, Collinsons Lane, Rillington, Village Street, East Knapton, Thrusendale Road, Acklam, Weavertorpe to Fosters Wold Plantation, Weaverthorpe, Sked Dale to Sherburn, Sherburn, Flat Top Farm to North Lodge, Terrington & Castle Howard Station Road, Welburn for a temporary period of a few days at each location (subject to access to premises) between 01/04/25 & 31/10/25, due to surface dressing & associated works. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate.
