The County of Cornwall (Menacuddle Hill, Road From Menacudle Hill To Scredda, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for installation of National Grid telecoms and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2025 to 17th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Menacuddle Hill, Road From Menacudle Hill To Scredda, St Austell from junction with Access To Bojea Farm to junction with Higher Tremena.

The County of Cornwall (North East Distributor Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2025 to 24th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - North East Distributor Road, for its entire length, Road From A391 To Tregrehan Mills from Trenowah Farm to the A391, Trenowah Road from the access to Cricket Ground to the A391, Menear Road from Menear Farm to Larcombe Road, Road From Came Grey Cottage To A391 Roundabout from the Lane to Karmichael Cottage to the A391, Carclaze Road from Burlawn Drive to the A391, Treverbyn Road from the Road from Drummers Hill To Treverbyn Road to the A391, St Austell.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction North West Of Trewan Bungalow To Bridge Hill, Bridge, St Columb)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Columb. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd April 2025 to 18th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Road From Junction North West Of Trewan Bungalow To Bridge Hill, Bridge, St Columb for their entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Trewollock Lane To Bodrugan Broadlane, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gorran.
This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st April 2025 to 25th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Trewollock Lane To Bodrugan Broadlane, Gorran between properties Cosy Corner and Loecot.

Cornwall Council
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd March 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being unrecorded footpath running below North Quay Hill Newquay and around the side of the harbour between grid references SW 80732:62115 and SW 80748:62140.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed due to defective handrail and defective structure. The Order will come into operation on 23rd March 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 23rd September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 2nd March 2025 fora period of up to 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
