Aylesbury Road, Bierton / Main Street, Padbury - Temporary Closures
What is happening?
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
(Aylesbury Rd, Bierton) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Aylesbury Rd for approx. 1748M. Alternative route: Mike Griffin Way, Bellingham Way, Douglas Rd, Bierton Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Phase 2 – Construction of a traffic calming scheme including raised tables, chicanes, build out, narrowings and new surface treatments in multiple locations along Aylesbury Rd commence on 7 April 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 April 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Main St, Padbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Main St for approx. 11M. Alternative route: Buckingham Rd, Main St and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water new air valve installation works commence on 14 April 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 14 April 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
