Victoria Road - Temporary Parking Places Suspension & Temporary Parking Restrictions
What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)(b)
EALING COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PARKING PLACES SUSPENSION & TEMPORARY PARKING RESTRICTIONS) (VICTORIA ROAD, PARK ROYAL) ORDER 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ealing Council made a temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, to facilitate necessary access requirements of HGV’S on VICTORIA ROAD.
2. The effects of which will be to: -
(a) suspend all existing parking places on Victoria Road, the south-east side, between its junction with Waitrose Parking and point 35 metres south-west of its junction with School Road;
(b) prohibit the waiting and loading of vehicles within the suspended parking places, at such times and extent when prescribed traffic signs are being displayed.
3. The Order will come into effect at 0001 hours on Thursday, 27 MARCH 2025.
4. The maximum duration of the Order will be 18 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier.
5. Exemptions will be provided for: -
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
