What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING

The Ealing (Central Ealing CPZ) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2001) (Amendment No. 010) Order 2025; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 926) Order 2025.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, on 24 March 2025 made the above titled Orders, under sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to be to amend the above Orders to facilitate the provision of a new vehicle crossover at No. 134 The Grove, Ealing.

3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 31 March 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order were made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
