TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PARKING BAYS ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 14/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. 
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 8 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water & their contractors to undertake installation of new apparatus & other associated works.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow S&R Construction Ltd, MUA Electricity Limited & Ashlane Construction, acting on behalf of Persimmon Homes & their appointed contractors to undertake associated development works, utility connections, infrastructure improvement works. This order may also accommodate third party works where applicable. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 14/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. 
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 8 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to carry out investigatory works & other associated works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Ratcliffe Rd, Atherstone Rd, From Pinwall Ln To Atherstone Rd, Witherley; Pinwall Ln, B4116 Atherstone Rd, Sheepy; Sheepy Rd, St Georges Rd, Atherstone & vice versa.

INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS, EQUESTRIANS & NON-MOTORISED TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 08/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. 
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Chevron Traffic Management Ltd on behalf of the Canal River Trust & their appointed contractors to undertake urgent bridge repairs. The proposed diversion routes will be signed on site.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 02/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. 
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water & their contractors to undertake repairs/replacement of a defective manhole frame and cover & other associated works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Tilton Rd, Boyslade Rd, Sketchley Rd, Azalea Dr, Burbage & vice versa. Any existing restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

The proposed diversion route will be via: Wood St, Castle St, Hinckley & vice versa.
