Order 2025 Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 3/4/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 17/4/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: BUCKERIDGE ROAD, TEIGNMOUTH, (FROM JUNCTION WITH GRANGE DRIVE TO JUNCTION WITH GROSVENOR TERRACE)
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - [ANTICLOCKWISE] BUCKERIDGE ROAD, NEW ROAD, EXETER ROAD, BITTON PARK ROAD, BITTON PARK ROUNDABOUT, HIGHER BROOK STREET, MYRTLE HILL, LOWER BRIMLEY ROAD, BUCKERIDGE ROAD. [CLOCKWISE] BUCKERIDGE ROAD, LOWER BRIMLEY ROAD, MYRTLE HILL, DAWLISH STREET, BROOK STREET, HIGHER BROOK STREET, BITTON PARK ROUNDABOUT, BITTON PARK ROAD, EXETER ROAD, NEW ROAD, BUCKERIDGE ROAD.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT WORKS.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: NO POSSIBLE DIVERSION ROUTE AS DEAD END LANE. WINDWARD LANE CLOSED FROM JUNCTION DERNCLEUGH GARDENS TO OUTSIDE NO. 12, ACCESS WILL BE MAINTAINED. PARKING SUSPENSION FROM DERNCLEUGH GARDENS JUNCTION TO OUTSIDE 12 WINWARD LANE.
