Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
On 26 March 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Chertsey Road (D3662) Woking as extends from its junction with (C143) The Broadway to its junction with (D3662) Chobham Road. Alternative Route: (1) Chertsey Road, Stanley Park, Maybury Road, and the Broadway; (2) The Broadway, Locke Way, Duke Street, and Chertsey Road. This Order is required to facilitate telecom utility works for, or on behalf of Virgin Media. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 days, between the hours of 10am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 08 April 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists, using walk boards, if required. Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.1) 2025
On 26 March 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Bunyard Drive (D3669) Sheerwater as extends from its junction with (D3671) Devonshire Avenue and for a distance of 50 metres in a westerly direction along Bunyard Drive; (b) Devonshire Avenue (D3671) Sheerwater as extends from its junction with (D3669) Bunyard Drive to its junction with (D3672) Dartmouth Avenue; (c) Dartmouth Avenue (D3672) Sheerwater as extends from its junction with (D3671) Devonshire Avenue to its junction with (X4216) Milliners Way; (d) Devonshire Avenue (D3671) Sheerwater as extends from its junction with (D3672) Dartmouth Avenue to its junction with (D3668) Albert Drive. Alternative Route: (1) Bunyard Drive, Bateson Way, Albert Drive, and Devonshire Road, or this route in reverse; (2) Dartmouth Avenue, Devonshire Avenue, and Albert Drive, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate the upgrade of tarmac to the existing carriageway for, or on behalf of Gilbert-Ash. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 phases, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday only, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 07 April 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Bonsey Lane (D3698) Woking. This Order is required to facilitate replacement telecom pole works for, or on behalf of Morrison Telecom Services Ltd. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 24 April 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. There is no alternative route for this closure.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D3774 Rutson Road, Byfleet. This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate fine milling works and/or major maintenance works, which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the
18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 14 April 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route. Alternative Route – D3775 Godley Road, D3765 Church Road, D3778 Sanway Road and D3778 Celtic Road.
