(U511s copland street, and u512s copland terrace, dalbeattie) (waiting restrictions) traffic regulation order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council propose to make this Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order will be to impose waiting restrictions on specified lengths of U511s Copland Street and U512s Copland Terrace, Dalbeattie. 

Full details of the draft Order may be inspected between 20/03/25 and 10/04/25 online at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk or by arrangement (Tel – 01387 271100). 

Objectors must state their reasons in writing to the Assistant Director Transport and Infrastructure, Economy and Infrastructure, Dumfries and Galloway Council, Militia House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HR, to be received by 10/04/25.

(C12S Castle Douglas - Brooklands) (Temporary Traffic Regulation Order) Order 2025

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close C12s outside Taigh Beag, Clarebrand, Castle Douglas from 10:00 - 11:30 on 27/03/2025.

The closure is necessary to facilitate septic tank emptying works. Alternative route available via B795, A75, B794, C12s and vice versa. 

Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

U156S Kirkland Terrace) (Temporary Traffic Regulation Order) Order 2025 

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close U156s Kirkland Terrace, Crossmichael from 31/03/2025 to 04/04/2025 (8am to 5pm daily). 

The closure is necessary to facilitate new power service. 

Alternative route is not available.

Emergency access will be available if required. 

Pedestrian access will be maintained.
