NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

In order to facilitate disabled blue badge motorists to access a nearby school on Parson Street NW4, the general effect of the free order will be to remove a length of loading restrictions operating 7am to 7pm Monday to Sunday outside Markham Court, Parson Street NW4.

The general effect of the Charged – for Order will be to provide short-term Paybyphone payment parking places on Beech Walk and Limes Avenue NW7, in order to provide a parking facility to motorists wishing to visit local shops and amenities. Due to the type of shops and amenities in the area, it is considered beneficial to ensure that the area will remain amenable to visiting motorists, and therefore the following charges will apply between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday (Maximum stay 1 hour 30 minutes).
