NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Various Locations Within Knutsford

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit/restrict traffic.

Prohibition of traffic – Goughs Lane, Knutsford – For the full extent.

• Garden Road, Knutsford – For the full extent.
• Lilac Avenue, Knutsford – For the full extent.
• Acacia Avenue, Knutsford – For the full extent.
• Mere Lane, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Jacobs Way, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Beaver Close, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Park Lane, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Clover Drive, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Wayfarers Court, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Merehaven Close, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Crofters Close, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Wellfield Close, Pickmere – For the full extent.
• Old Hall Lane, Tabley Superior – For the full extent.
• Brook Lane, Alderley Edge – For the full extent.

This order will come into operation on Monday 24 March 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 4 April 2025.
