Craven, Multiple Traffic Notices, Parking & Waiting Restrictions
What is happening?
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20** VARIOUS ROADS IN CRAVEN, ILKLEY, KEIGHLEY & WORTH VALLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to -
A. In Craven:
1. introduce "no waiting at any time" on lengths of the following roads: Belton Rd; St John's St; St John's Close; New Close Ave; Church St; Stone Grove; Wayside Mews; Green Ln; West Croft; Old Station Way; Ridleys Fold; Elliott St; and The Hive access road;
2. introduce "no loading Mon-Fri 8-9am and 2.30-4pm 1 Sept-31 July" on lengths of Banklands Ln and Hawber Cote Ln - a change from the current no loading restrictions that operate during the same periods save that the afternoon hours begin at 3.00pm; and
3. remove a disabled person's parking bay from Williams Rd.
B. In llkley:
1. introduce "no waiting at any time" on lengths of the following roads: Bridge Ln; Castle Hill; Crossbeck Rd; Backstone Way; Backstone view; St Helen's Way; East Parade; South Parade; Birchwood Court; Wheatley Ln; Grove Rd (shown on 2 separate plans); Langbar Rd; and New Brook St;
2. reduce a length of permit parking on Grove Rd; and
3. reduce a length of a pay and display parking bay on New Brook St.
C. In Keighley:
1. introduce "no waiting at any time" on lengths of the following roads: Eagle St; Nares St; Braithwaite Rd (shown on 2 separate plans); Carlton Gardens; Marriner Rd; Cark Rd; Thorpe St; South St; Spring Gardens Mount; Thwaites Brow Rd; Beechwood Ave; Rosewood Ave; Kirkstall Gardens; Dawson Rd; Woodhouse Drive; Woodhouse Way; Bradford Rd; St Mary's Rd; Unity St; llkley Rd; Long Lee Ln; Cherry Tree Rise; Moorview Grove; Florist St; Cornwall Rd; Bar Ln; Stockbridge Wharf; Canal Rd; Low Mill Lane; Hayfields Close; Byre Way; Wheathead Ln; Exley Drive; ExleyAve; Exley Way; Broomhill Ave; Weston St; Malsis Rd; Oakworth Rd; Nashville Rd; Fell Ln; Rydal St;
2. remove a length of "no waiting at any time" from Parson St;
3. introduce "limited waiting Mon-Sun 7am - 10pm 1 Hour, no return within 3 hours" on lengths of Marriner Rd;
4. introduce "no waiting Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm" on a length of Goulbourne St;
5. remove a disabled person's parking bay from Highfield Ln and from Westburn Ave;
D. In Worth Valley:
1. introduce "no waiting at any time" on lengths of the following roads: A629 Halifax Rd; Sun St; Station Rd; Vale Mill Ln; Long Acres; Haworth Rd; Albion St; Gordon St; Cecil St; Nares St; Baden St; Providence Ln; Providence Crescent; Minnie St; Prospect St; Clarendon St; Vernon St; Victoria Rd; Dean St; Sunhurst Drive; Colne Rd; Keighley Rd (Lidget); and Acre Ln.
