What is happening?

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF CALDERDALE
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
(CHANGE LANE/WEST LANE, SIDDAL)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Spectrum Communication Solutions Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Change Lane/West Lane from its junction with Rosemary Lane
to outside Westfields for a distance of approximately 500 metres. PROVIDED
THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection
with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times
and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point.
The alternative route is via Park Lane, Backhold Lane, Jubilee Road, A629, A6025, Brookfoot Lane, Church Lane, Cain Lane, Towngate, West Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th March
2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 26th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(MARSH LANE, SOUTHOWRAM)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Spectrum Communication Solutions Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Marsh Lane from its junction with Marsh Delves Lane to outside No. 36 Marsh Lane for a distance of approximately 170 metres.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in
connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained
at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained
to closure point. For alternative route follow diversion on site. It is proposed
that the Order will come into operation on 24th March 2025 and remain in
force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be
completed sooner and the road re-opened on 4th April 2025. The Order will
be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(BACK HEATH HALL, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Back Heath Hall from No. 1 to No. 3 for a distance of approximately 3 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative
route is via Heath Road, Back Heath Crescent and vice versa. It is proposed
that the Order will come into operation on 25th March 2025 and remain in
force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be
completed sooner and the road re-opened on 27th March 2025. The Order
will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(COW LANE, SKIRCOAT GREEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Centurion Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will
be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length
of Cow Lane from Braeside to Copley Lane for a distance of approximately 100 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access
is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services
is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order
will come into operation on 27th March 2025 and remain in force for a
maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed
sooner and the road re-opened on 28th March 2025. The Order will be in
operation daily during this period between the hours of 22:00 & 06:00.
(COMMON LANE, SOUTHOWRAM)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Morrison Water Services have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Common Lane from its junction with Bank Top to No. 9 Common Lane for a distance of approximately 17.4 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Common Lane, Marsh Lane, Bank Top. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 28th March 2025 and remain in force for a
maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed
sooner and the road re-opened on 28th March 2025. The Order will be in
operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 15:30.
(PHOEBE LANE, SIDDAL)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Phoebe Lane from its junction with Whitegate Road to No. 21 Phoebe Lane for a distance of approximately 168 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for
the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Whitegate
Road, Siddal New Road, Water Lane, Shay Syke, Shaw Lane. Access will be maintained for residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 28th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months,
notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road
re-opened on 28th March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during
this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(HENSHAW ROAD, WALSDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by OCU
Utility Services Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no
person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Henshaw
Road from No. 7 to No. 11 for a distance of approximately 35 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No
alternative route available. Access will be maintained for residents. It is
proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th March 2025 and
remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works
may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 4th April 2025.
The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(JAGGER GREEN LANE, HOLYWELL GREEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jagger Green Lane from No. 2 to Rear of No.2 for a distance of approximately
180 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles
being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access
is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services
is maintained. The alternative route is via Station Road, Stainland Road, South Parade, Stainland Road, Green Lane, Clay Pits Lane, Stainland Road, New Hey Road, Swan Lane, New Road. Resident access will be maintained.
It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 7th April 2025 and
remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works
may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 11th April 2025.
The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(MARSH DELVES LANE, SOUTHOWRAM)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which
will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the
length of Marsh Delves Lane from its junction with Marsh Delves to outside
No.7 Marsh Delves Lane for a distance of approximately 130 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to
closure point. For alternative route follow diversion on site. It is proposed
that the Order will come into operation on 7th April 2025 and remain in force
for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed
sooner and the road re-opened on 18th April 2025. The Order will be in
operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(NEW STREET, SOUTHOWRAM)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which
will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the
length of New Street from its junction with Cain Lane to No.144 for a distance
of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. Road to be opened outside of working hours each day. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 7th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 18th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 15:30.
(SALTONSTALL LANE, WAINSTALLS)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which
will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Saltonstall Lane, from Cat i’ th’ Well to rear of No. 10 Lower  Saltonstall for a distance of approximately 55 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available.
Road to be opened outside of working hours each day. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 7th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed
sooner and the road re-opened on 9th April 2025. The Order will be in
operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 15:30.
(UNION LANE, OGDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Total
Resources UK Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Union
Lane, from junction with Rocks Lane to opposite No. 1 Rocks Lane for a distance of approximately 140 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out
and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Rocks Lane, Union Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into
operation on 7th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months,
notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 7th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.
(HOB LANE, NORLAND)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which
will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the
length of Hob Lane from Hollin Well Cottage to The New Hobbit for a distance of approximately 80 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via the unaffected part of Hob Lane, Hollin Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 14th April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
