(TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME AND NO LOADING/UNLOADING AT ANY TIME TRAFFIC RESTRICTION) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable works to be carried out to renovate a property adjacent to the road (“the Works”), Cumberland Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from waiting at any time, on any day and/or from loading and unloading, at any time, on any day (including Blue Badge holders) along that section of the U2823 Senhouse Street, Maryport (north side) from its junction with High Street extending in a south easterly direction for approx. 30m.

The Order will come into operation on 7 April 2025 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restriction will be required until 15 August 2025, and only as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
