Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
C96 CHESTERTON ROAD, LIGHTHORNE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between junctions B4100 Banbury Road and The Green.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, 09.30hrs15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 27 March 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 March 2025.
Access & Diversion: The Green, Bishops Hill, Bishops Gorse Road, Lighthorne Rough Road, B4455 Fosse Way, B4100 Banbury Road and vice versa.

D4464 BIRD ROAD & D7249 BLICK ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from their jct with Heathcote Way.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, 08.00hrs16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 23 March 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 23 March 2025.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion available. Access & egress to & from Hurlbutt Road will also be restricted whilst works are in progress.

Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic between Rouncil Lane and Guy Road.
Reason for Order: Drainage, carriageway deformation and assoc. works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 26 March 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 March 2025.
Access & Diversion: Mortimer Lane, Oaks Road, Rounds Hill, Rouncil Lane and vice versa.

FIELDGATE LANE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to clear blockage in footway.
Order Commences: 24 March 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 March 2025.
Access & Diversion: New Street, Coventry Road, Upper Spring Lane and vice versa.

F04100 PRIORY POOLS PATH, WARWICK
Order Effect: Footpath closed to all traffic from its jcts with the Footpath between Coventry Rd and Cape Rd, incl the jct with the entrance to the Warwickshire County Record Office.
Reason for Order: Footway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 27 March 2025 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 March 2025.
Access & Diversion: Cape Road, A445, A429, Lakin Road, Woodcote Road, Footpath from Coventry Road to Cape Road and vice versa.

GEORGE STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA ROAD CLOSURE
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic
Reason for Order: To enable repairs.
Order Commences: 27 March 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 March 2025.
Access & Diversion: George Street, Chapel Street, Church Street, Church Terrace and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to lay ducting.
Order Commences: 24 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Access & Diversion: Kites Nest Lane, Beausale Lane and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to defective frame and cover.
Order Commences: 26 March 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 March 2025.
Access & Diversion: Randall Road, Warwick Road, Queens Road, St Nicholas Avenue and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable pipe repairs.
Order Commences: 26 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Access & Diversion: No diversion.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
A4189 GANNAWAY ROAD, NORTON LINDSEY
Order Effect: Road closed between Saddlebow Lane and Hatton Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 20.00hrs-06.00hrs, weeknights only.
Order Commences: 7 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: HGV Diversion: A4189, B4463 Watery Lane/Hampton Road, A46, A435, A4189 and vice versa (avoiding low bridge). Non-HGV Diversion: A4189, B4463 Watery Lane/ Hampton Road, A46, A3400, A4189 and vice versa. Access/ Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only.

Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to repair guttering & pipework on railway bridge, closed 22.00hrs-06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 7 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Saltisford, Northgate, Cape Road, Upper Cape, Wedgnock Lane, Birmingham Road and vice versa.

D50780, BROWNLEY GREEN LANE (BEAUSALE LANE), HATTON
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic between Brownley Green Lane and Kites Nest Lane.
Reason for Order: Drainage and associated works, 09.30hrs15.30 hrs.
Order Commences: 10 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Beausale Lane, Haseley Mill, Firs Lane, A4177 and vice versa.

DALEHOUSE LANE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: One-Way traffic flow will be imposed on Dalehouse Lane from a point 340m East from Whitehead Drive to a point 680m East of Whitehead Drive. Traffic will be permitted to proceed in a westerly direction only.
Reason for Order: In connection with HS2 works.
Order Commences: 11 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 7 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Dalehouse Lane, Common Lane, Coventry Road, Kenilworth Road, Stoneleigh Road and vice versa.

GREEN LANE, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: For works to install a boundary box and clear blockages.
Order Commences: 8 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 9 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Green Lane, Coffee Pot Lane, Stoney Lane, Mill Lane and vice versa

HILL WOOTTON ROAD, HILL WOOTTON & LEAMINGTON ROAD, BLACKDOWN
Order Effect: Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from turning right from Hill Wootton Road (D22370) onto Leamington Road (A452) and also from Leamington Road (A452) onto Hill Wootton Road (D22370).
Reason for Order: In connection with HS2 works.
Order Commences: 11 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 7 June 2025.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Repair/replace defective frame and cover, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.

Anticipated Completion: 7 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

VALLEY ROAD, LILLINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to replace or repair defective manhole frame.
Order Commences: 10 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Valley Road, Parklands Avenue, Cubbington Road, Crown Way and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
