HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu wneud gorchymyn o dan adranau 32 a 35 a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ("Deddf 1984") fel y’i diwygiwyd, a darpariaethau Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 2004 a’r holl bwerau allweddol eraill.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd amrywio’r Atodlen i Orchymyn (Mannau Parcio Oddi ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) Cyngor Sir Penfro 2011 mewn perthynas â’r maes parcio mewn y tabl isod, i’w wneud a drafarheir fel a ganlyn—

Diffiniadau priodol:

Ariannol dros nos ar gyfer cerbydau modur / faniau gwersylla

Codir taliad rhwng 7pm a 7am i gyniatai’r parcio dros nos mewn cerbyd modur / fan wersylla, a chysgu mewn maes parcio penodedig yn y sir, ar yr amod o ddim mwy nag un noson ag amodau —

  • Parcio dros nos ar safleoedd a rhosladd o ddim mwy nag un noson.

  • Nid oes hawl storio dyfeion a'r dulliau i’r derbyn.

  • Nid oes hawl tocio gosodlenni na perchnfeddion cerbiau.

  • Nid oes hawl casori tryfel mwy pergynt neu tu allan.

  • Nid oes hawl chwaith storio na wystlo yn erbyn cyll eu ddarpar (ond bydd lleolad y maes parcio yn agos at doleada diwedodau).

Dylid nodi bod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi cynnwys yn y gorchymyn drafft sydd, ynghyd â chynlluniau yn dangos y man parcio effeithlon ar gorchymyn (Mannau Parcio Oddi ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) Cyngor Sir Penfro 2011 a darpariaeth Resymau’r Cyngor dros gynig y gorchymyn, i’w gweld yn Neuadd y Sir, Hwlffordd ac ar wefan Cyngor Sir Penfro, http://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/. THE PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2011

(VARIATION ORDER NO. 15 – 2025)

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the 1984 Act") as amended and the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the Order will be to vary the Schedule to the Pembrokeshire County Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011, with respect to the Parking Places listed in the table below, to make provision as follows:

  • To introduce an overnight stopover motorhome / camper van Tariff in Column 7 of the Schedule at parking place numbered 13

Parking Definitions:

Motorhome / Campervan overnight stopover

Charges between 7.00pm – 9.00am – to allow motorhome/campervan overnight parking and sleeping in designated car parks in the County, with a maximum stay of 1 night with conditions:

  • Overnight parking and sleeping – maximum 1 night stay.

  • No furniture to be stored outside the vehicle.

  • No awnings or other covers to be extended.

  • No LPG bottles to be stored outside.

  • Not to provide waste and recycling points (however car park location will be close to public toilets).

Full details of the proposals are contained in the Draft Order which, together with plans showing the parking place affected, a copy of the Pembrokeshire County Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2011 and a statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be seen at County Hall, Haverfordwest and on the Pembrokeshire County Council website, http://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/. All objections relating to the proposals of the Order must be made in writing. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. All such written objections and representations should be sent to the undersigned at the address provided below, by 10th April 2025.
