Rosliston Road - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate Pole Testing
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
ROSLISTON ROAD, DRAKELOW
WHEN: 04 April 2025 (09:30 to 15:30).
WHERE: Rosliston Road, Drakelow from a point approx. 380m north of its jct. with Cauldwell Road, for an approx. distance of 80m north.
REASON: To facilitate pole testing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Rosliston Road, Burton Road, Coton Road, Main Street, Drakelow Road, Walton Road, Rosliston Road South and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
