U107 RAVENSDOWNE BERWICK-UPON-TWEED
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U107 Ravensdowne Berwick-upon-Tweed from outside the front of number 30 Ravensdowne heading in a southerly direction for a length of 38 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 24th March 2025 until the 4th April 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 24th March 2025 until the 29th March 2025 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 4th April 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Woolmarket, Hide Hill, Silver Street and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water to excavate to disconnect and remove comms pipe. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
