B6348 CHATTON PARK BANK CHATTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the Chatton Park Bank from its junction with U1058 heading in a easterly direction for a length of 555 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 26th March 2025 until the 26th September 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 26th March 2025 until 28th March 2025 between the hours of 08:00 until 17:00 during this period: however, the order will remain in place until 26th September 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B6348, B6525, B6353, A1 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carry out resurfacing and structural patching of the carriageway.
In order to minimise future distruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
