ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (FAIRFIELD DRIVE, HECKMONDWIKE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Fairfield Drive, Heckmondwike from a point outside property no. 2 Fairfield Drive to a point outside property no.16 Fairfield Drive PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No Diversion.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 7 April 2025 and remain in force until 11 April 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(KITSON HILL ROAD, MIRFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Kitson Hill Road, Mirfield from its junction with Water Royd Lane to its junction with Stocks Bank Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Stocks Bank Road, Leeds Road, Huddersfield Road, Church Lane, Dunbottle Lane, Lee Green and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday 5 April 2025 08:00 hours and remain in force for until 20 April 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(HUDDERSFIELD ROAD, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Huddersfield Road, Batley from a point outside property no.58 Church Road to its junction with Huddersfield Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Church Road, Brookroyd Lane, Huddersfield Road, Smithies Lane, Bradford Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 7 April 2025 and remain in force until 2 May 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(SPE/6/20 BRIERLEY MARSH, EAST BRIERLEY, BRADFORD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the footpath intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in that length of Spe/6/20 Brierley Marsh, East Brierley, Bradford, from adjacent to East Brierley Village Hall to adjacent to East Brierley Methodist Church PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out the proposed works.
Alternative routes for persons affected by the closure will be available via unaffected part of Bierley Marsh, South View Road, Hunsworth Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 7 April 2025 and remain in force until 18 April 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 06 months if necessary).
(GRANGE ROAD, STAINCLIFFE, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Grange Road, Staincliffe at a point outside property no. 6 Grange Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Grange Road, Chapel Fold, Halifax Road, Thorncliffe Road, Grange Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 8 April 2025 and remain in force until 15 April 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(JACKSON’S LANE, THORNHILL, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Jackson’s Lane, Thornhill outside Hollyhall on Jackson’s Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Whitley Road, Foxroyd Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 24 March 2025 and remain in force until 28 March 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
