Junction Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Cabling Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - JUNCTION ROAD, TOTTON & ELING, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Junction Road between its junction with Treeside Avenue and its junction with Rumbridge Street.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Totton Bypass, Rumbridge Street, Redbridge Causeway.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Wednesday 2nd April 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Thursday 3rd April 2025 and working between the hours 21:00-06:00).
