Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Dogget Lane, Fulbourn as lies between New Barn farmhouse & No. 3. The alternative route for vehicles is via School Ln; Manor Wk; Home End; Dogget Ln & vice versa. The Order is made to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 14/4/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 13/10/26 whichever is the earlier.
Rampton Road, Cottenham Temporary Prohibition of Use – Order 2025-484
Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Rampton Road, Cottenham as lies between No’s. 360 & 384. The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate footpath upgrade & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 1/4/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 30/9/25 whichever is the earlier.
Grange Road, Cambridge Temporary Suspension of Cycle Lane – Order 2025-487
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane on Grange Road, Cambridge as lies between No. 56 & Herschel Rd. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 as amended by The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 (Amendment No. 84) Order 2000: Schedule 23 Cycle Lane: Part 2 mandatory with flow cycle lane Grange Road On both sides from its junction with Herschel Road to its junction with Madingley Road is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate highway improvements & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 7/4/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 6/10/26 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place.

The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate patching repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 6/4/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 5/10/26 whichever is the earlier.

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Linton Road, Balsham as lies between The old Mill House & Samworth Cl. The alternative route for vehicles is via Cambridge Rd; A11; A1307; Bartlow Rd, Linton & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate tree maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 23/4/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 22/10/26 whichever is the earlier.

Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along various roads as set out in Schedule 1 below. Nothing in this Order shall prevent access & egress from premises or land adjacent to the highway mentioned in Schedules 1 & 2. The alternative routes are shown in Schedule 1. The Order is necessary for safety reasons to facilitate improvement & associated works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1/4/25 & will continue until these works have finished or on the 30/9/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that this order will apply to the locations, at various times during the dates specified in the Schedules. The above orders shall not apply to any persons lawfully engaged in connection with any works for which it is made, any member of the Police Force, Fire & Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or to any person acting with the permission or upon the direction of a Police Officer in uniform.
