Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:
I) THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of the following roads:
BELTON WITH BROWSTON – Beccles Road from its junction with Church Lane for 715m south-eastwards to facilitate CityFibre installation of new duct with cab and chamber works from 24th March to 4th April 2025 (may continue until the 16th May 2025). The roads 1) and 2) will be temporarily closed/restricted and the road 1) shall be temporarily subject to the suspension of the one-way system (northbound) to allow vehicles to travel in both a north and south direction and shall be temporarily prohibited to park, stop, and road, and/or unload including in pre-existing parking bays.

Holt Road from 250m west of its junction with C882 Lodge Hill for 350m eastwards to facilitate water jetting works will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction between 09:30 and 15:00 on the 25th March 2025 (may continue until 6th May 2025). Alternative route is via: N/A.
WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA

Where an Order is for a reason other than works, it is because of the likelihood of danger to the public or serious damage to the road/footpath.
Anticipated dates are stated but the Orders may continue until the end date where necessary or required.
The Orders are revoked on the end date or on the actual date of removal of the prohibition/restriction where earlier without further notice. If necessary, the restrictions can have a maximum duration of 18 months for vehicular highway or 6 months for non-vehicular highway.
