NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES FOR EAST BRIGHTON PARK, PRESTON PARK & STANMER PARK (NOI-3-2025)

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council will on the 7 April 2025 under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“The 1984 Act”) (as amended), change various parking charges in City Parks identified in the Orders named below.

For those charges that are being changed, the existing and new amounts are set out below, under the name of each of the relevant Orders:
