Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council in not less than seven days from the appearance of this Notice, under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to make the following Orders: -

The Isle of Wight Council (Leeson Road, Ventnor, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 1 2025

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one shift, on Monday 24 March 2025, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Leeson Road, Ventnor, between its junctions with Banas Close and its junction with Chimney Steps. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during Veg Removal.

The Isle of Wight Council (Havenstreet Main Road, Havenstreet, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 1 2025

The Isle of Wight Council (St Thomas Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight) (Temporary One-Way Restriction) Order No 1 2025

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that for 1-2 nights between 1930 and 0600 hours, from Friday 21 March 2025 and Friday 25 April 2025, A one-way restriction will be introduced along St Thomas Street, from its junction with Esplanade to its junction with St Thomas Street Car Park, in a westerly direction.
