HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel yi diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid Ilai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd air effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:
Edmund Street ol chyffordd a Heol-y-Waun i eiddo rhif 25 Edmund Street.
Heol-y-Waun/Fairview Terrace wrth y gyffordd ag Edmund Street am bellter o tua 60 mar.
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 24 Mawrth 2025 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 6 Ebrill 2025.

EDMUND STREET, HEOL-Y-WAUN & FAIRVIEW TERRACE, PONTLOTTYN TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Edmund Street from its junction with Heol-y-Waun to property number 25 Edmund Street.
Heol-y-Waun/Fairview Terrace at its junction of Edmund Street for a distance of approx. 60 metres. The proposed Order is expected to commence on 24 March 2025 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated the works will be complete by 6 April 2025. Emergency services, resident and pedestrian access will be maintained where possible. Alternative routes are via Heol Y Waun, Dan-y-Graig, Southend Terrace A469, Duffryn Street, Fairview Terrace. The reason for making the Order is to allow for Gas Mains Replacement.
