Temporary Closing Of Footpath Sacombe 004
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Sacombe 004, heading south from Sacombe Green Road, for an approximate distance of 180m.
Alternative route: via Sacombe 3 and 6
The purpose of the Order is to enable utilities works to take place.
The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 17 March 2025 for up to 2 weeks, when signs are in place.

(Temporary Closing Of Mount Pleasant, Hertford Heath) Order 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order
under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all
vehicular traffic from using that length of Mount Pleasant, Hertford Heath
from its junction with Downfield Road south eastwards and north westwards
to its junction with Church Hill, a distance of approximately 230m (“the Road”), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months.
However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of B195 Cole Green Lane, Welwyn Garden City/B195 Birchall Lane, Cole Green from its junction with Cole Green Lane south eastwards, north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with the A414 Cole Green Bypass/Birchall Lane roundabout, a distance of approximately 1251m. An alternative route will be via Cole Green Lane, Howlands, Ascots Lane, A1000 Chequers and A414 (Hertford Road/Hatfield Road/Cole Green Bypass).

An alternative route will be via B1000 Welwyn Road and Windsor Drive. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 31 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Roundcroft, Cheshunt from its westernmost junction with Adamsfield north westwards, north eastwards and south eastwards to its easternmost junction with Adamsfield, a distance of approximately 290m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Adamsfield.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 1 April 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Stony Hills, Stapleford from a point 628m north east of its junction with Church Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 100m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Stony Hill, Sacombe Road, B158 Wadesmill Road, A602 Tonwell Bypass, C16 (unnamed road) and Stony Hills.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing telegraph pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 2 April 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

An alternative route will be via Gore Lane, C39 (unnamed road), Kettle Green Lane, B1004 Tower Hill/High Street), C15 (unnamed road), The Ford, The Ash, Standon Road, A120 (Standon Road/Stortford Road/Kents Lane/Standon Hill), Ermine Street and Gore Lane.

An alternative route will be via Churchfield Road, B1000 Hertford Road and Archers Green Lane.
The Order is needed because water main renewal works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Hailey Lane, Hailey/Hoddesdon from its junction with Hertford Heath Public Footpath No.015 north eastwards, northwards and south eastwards to its junction with the A1170 Ware Road/Galley Green roundabout, a distance of approximately 925m.
An alternative route will be via Hailey Lane, B1197 (London Road/ Hertford Road) and A1170 Ware Road.
2. that length of Beane Road, Hertford from its junction with the A119 Ware Road roundabout north eastwards to its junction with Molewood Road, a distance of approximately 303m.
An alternative route will be via A119 North Road, North Road, St Andrew Street, B158 (Old Cross/Cowbridge/Port Hill/Bengeo Street), Cross Road, Duncombe Road, Byde Street, Wellington Street, Nelson Street and Molewood Road.
3. that length of A1170 High Road, Broxbourne from its junction with New Road south westwards to its junction with Mill Lane, a distance of approximately 658m.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Church Lane, Wormley from its junction with A1170 High Road north westwards to its junction with White Stubbs Lane, a distance of approximately 2338m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via A1170 High Road, A10 Great Cambridge Road, B156 (Halfhide Lane/Brookfield Lane West), Flamstead End Road, Longfield Lane, Dig Dag Hill, Hammondstreet Road, Darnicle Hill, Newgate Street, Newgate Street Village, C54 (unnamed road) and Church Lane.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of The Vineyard, Ware from its junction with Cozens Road south eastwards for its entire length (“the Road”), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
