ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Percy Road, Hampton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that due to the need to facilitate essential maintenance works on Hampton level crossing they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a road closure in Percy Road, Hampton
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Percy Road, Hampton between a point 20 metres south of the level crossing and a point 20 metres north of the level crossing.
3. Whilst the Hampton Level Crossing in Percy Road is closed an alternative route for traffic will be via Percy Road, Station Road, Tudor Road, Wensleydale Road, Milton Road, Ashley Road, Percy Road and vice versa.
4. The Order shall come into operation on 24 March 2025 and shall remain in force for 18 months to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The works are anticipated to be in progress overnight from 23.00 on 24 March 2025 until 05.30 on 25 March 2025.
6. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
7. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
3. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Petersham Road, Ham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Petersham Road from the junction with Sandy Lane to the junction with Sandpits Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 19 March 2025. The works are anticipated to be in progress on 19 March 2025 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available Via Petersham Road, Richmond Road, King Street, Cross Deep, Waldegrave Road, High Street, Park Road, Sandy Lane, Park Road, Church Grove, Hampton Court Road, Horse Fair, Wood Street, Kingsgate Road, Richmond Road and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of Network Rail at Mortlake level crossing they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Sheen Lane, East Sheen.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Sheen Lane between a point 20 metres south of the level crossing and a point 20 metres north of the level crossing.
3. Whilst Sheen Lane is closed, an alternative route for traffic will be via Palmerston Road, Temple Sheen Road, Upper Richmond Road West and Sheen Lane.
4. The order will come into effect at 00.30 on 19 March 2025. The works are anticipated to be in progress overnight from 00.30 until 05.00 on 19 March 2025.
The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer connection works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in St Leonard's Road, East Sheen.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed wait or stand in St Leonard's Road, from outside number 34 to the junction with Sheen Lane.
3. The order will come into effect on 24 March 2025. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 24 March to 28 March 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available Via Sheen Lane, Upper Richmond Road West Elm Road and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate Telecoms works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Watts Lane, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Watts Lane, from the junction with Sheen Lane eastwards to the eastern boundary of numbers 2-6 Watts Lane.
3. The order will come into effect on 27 March 2025. The works are anticipated to be in progress overnight from 18.00 to 23.00 on the 27 March 2025 only .The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
