Peterhouse Road Area - Introduction of Waiting Restrictions

(Peterhouse Road Area, Grimsby) (Introduction of Waiting Restrictions) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that on 12th March 2025 North East Lincolnshire Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to: -

1. Introduce No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions (double yellow lines) on the following streets;
• On a section of Peterhouse Road, Grimsby
• On a section of Pembroke Road, Grimsby
• On a section of Queens Court, Grimsby
• On a section of St Johns Court, Grimsby
• On a section of Clare Court, Grimsby

2. Introduce Prohibition of Waiting (single yellow lines) “No Stopping Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 9:30am and 2:30pm - 3:30pm” on the following streets;
• On a section of Clare Court, Grimsby
The Order will come into force on the 11th April 2025.

If any person wishes to challenge the validity of the Order, or any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
