Colebrook Lane/Boringdon Hill/Bainbridge Court - Temporary Prohibition Of Parking, Waiting, Loading And Unloading Of Vehicles And Movement Of Pedestrians
What is happening?
PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (COLEBROOK LANE/BORINGDON HILL/BAINBRIDGE COURT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING OF VEHICLES AND MOVEMENT OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
- Colebrook Lane - between Boringdon Hill and Colebrook Lane
- Boringdon Hill - between Fairfield and number 27
2. To prohibit the movement of pedestrians in:
- Bainbridge Court - between numbers 1 and 10
- Boringdon Hill - between number 31 and 1 Bainbridge Court
The prohibition of parking, waiting, loading and unloading of vehicles and movement of pedestrians will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 14th April 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the phased gas main works will commence on the 14th April 2025 until 30th May 2025 24hrs
