ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

ASHOW ROAD, CHESFORD, KENILWORTH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Reinforcement Scheme trenching works.

Order Commences: 16 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 16 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: Ashow Road, Coventry Road, Warwick Bypass, A46, Leamington Road and vice versa.

Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 08081 642 252.

BEAUSALE LANE, BEAUSALE

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Haseley Mill to Red House Farm Lane.

Reason for Order: To enable works to lay new ducting.

Order Commences: 17 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 21 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: Hawkes Barn Lane, Kites Nest Lane, Beausale Lane and vice versa. Contractor: KN Circet, Tel: 08000 859 194.

CAMP LANE, BEAUDESERT

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Camp Hill Farm and Westfield.

Reason for Order: To enable tree trimming works.

Order Commences: 18 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 18 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: Camp Lane, Irelands Road, Irelands Lane, Bushwood Lane, Liveridge Hill, Birmingham Road and vice versa.

D7070 NEWFIELD AVENUE, KENILWORTH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Windy Arbour to Kineton Road.

Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.

Order Commences: 20 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 21 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: No suitable diversions. Access/egress to/from Kineton Road, Barford Close, Ashow Close and Arbour Close may be restricted whilst works are in progress. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

FIRS LANE, HATTON

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Works to insert new water main.

Order Commences: 19 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 21 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: Firs Lane, Haseley Mill, Beausale Lane, Brownley Green Lane, Birmingham Road, Hatton Hill and vice versa.

Contractor: G&V Gallagher, Tel: 01604 946 333. FOSSE WAY & OXFORD ROAD, PRINCETHORPE

Order Effect: Fosse Way closed to vehicular traffic. In addition, traffic will be prohibited from making a right turn from Oxford Road onto Fosse Way.

Reason for Order: To enable water pipe renewal works.

Order Commences: 17 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 20 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: Oxford Road, Coventry Road, Station Road, Marton Road, The Green, Southam Road, Southam Bypass, Banbury Road, Leamington Road, Ufton Hill, Fosse Way and vice versa.

Contractor: Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

LAKIN ROAD, WARWICK

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Works to rectify defects in carriageway, footway, and kerbs.

Order Commences: 17 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 19 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: Lakin Road, Guys Cross Park Road, Coventry Road and vice versa. Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01613 515 370.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

B4099 WILLES ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Northcote St and St Mary’s Road.

Reason for Order: Drainage repair, installations and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.

Order Commences: 29 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 30 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: St Mary’s Road, A425 and vice versa. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

C24 ROUNCIL LANE, BEAUSALE

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Kites Nest Lane and Ash Tree Farm.

Reason for Order: To safely enable carriageway patching, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.

Order Commences: 31 March 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 31 March 2025.

Access & Diversion: Rouncil Lane, Warwick Road, The Square, Smalley Place, Borrowell Lane, Castle Road, Clinton Lane, A452 Birmingham Road, A452 Kenilworth Road, A4177 Meer End Road, A4177 Honiley Road, Haseley Knob Road, School Lane, Honiley Lane and vice versa. There will be no access/egress from/to Dirty Lane via Rouncil Lane. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

FIVE WAYS ROAD, SHREWLEY

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.w

Reason for Order: Works to install new water main.

Order Commences: 3 April 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 7 April 2025.

Access & Diversion: Five Ways Road, Birmingham Road, Hockley Road and vice versa. Contractor: G&V Gallagher, Tel: 01604 946 333.

VARIOUS ROADS SOUTH WARWICKSHIRE AREA – SURFACE DRESSING 2025

Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as indicated in the Schedule.

Reason for Order: The closures/temporary speed limits are required to facilitate carriageway surface dressing works including the removal and replacement of road studs, pre surface dressing patching, replacement of road markings, sand carpeting and road sweeping.

Order Commences: 6 April 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 31 October 2025. It is anticipated that each road will be closed for no more than six individual days during this period.

Access & Diversion: will be appropriately signed. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED THE DIGITAL PDF OF THE PUBLIC NOTICE, WHICH LISTS ALL THE ROADS AFFECTED.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
