Proposed Order: To close that part of U52303 Orchard St from its junction with U52300 Waverley St to its junction with U52305 Cavendish St.

Reason: Sewer works by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U52303 Orchard St (part), U52306 Berwick St, U52300 Waverley St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 7 April 2025.

(A44 Bromyard Road, Crown East) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of A44 Bromyard Rd from its junction with C2065 Suckley Rd to its junction with A4440 Roundabout junction with A44 Bromyard Rd & A4440 Grove Way. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: A4103 Bransford, A4103 Dragons Cross, A4103 Storridge into Herefordshire, A44 Worcester Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (19:00-06:00) between 7 April and 10 April 2025.

(U50112 Chestnut Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) and Worcester County Council (Chestnut Street, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2000 (Temporary Suspension) Order

2025 Proposed Order: To close that part of U50112 Chestnut Street from its junction with U50106 Little Chestnut Street to its junction with C2294 Chestnut Walk and to temporarily suspend the Worcester County Council (Chestnut Street, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2000 to allow two-way traffic to be able to access residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.

Reason: New customer connection by National Grid.

No access for emergency services diversion route must be followed.

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2056 The Nash from its junction with A38 Main Road to its junction with U60010 Kerswell Green.

Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.

Alternative route: A38 Main Road, A38 Clifton, A38 Severn Stoke Bank, C2105 Severn Bank to A38 Kinnersley, C2105 Quay Lane to High Green, C2056 Kerswell Green to High Green, C2056 Kerswell Green and vice versa.

Proposed Order: To close that part of Old Malvern Road from its junction with U62023 The Drive to its junction with C2027 Collets Green Road. Reason: safe working only by Opeanreach.

Closure 2 - U54000 Oldbury Road from its junction with U54001 Commer Gardens to its junction with Croydon Villas (Private Road). Closure 3 - U54000 Oldbury Road from its junction with U54128 Solitaire Avenue to its junction with U54130 Woodstock Road. Closure 4 - U54128 Solitaire Avenue from its junction with U54000 Oldbury Road for a distance of 35 metres in a south westerly direction.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)(C2086 Copcut Lane, Salwarpe) (40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2025

On 27 February 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following length of road in Salwarpe to 40 miles per hour:

C2086 Copcut Lane, Salwarpe:- from its junction with A38 Droitwich Road to a point 80 metres west of the centre of 'Salwarpe Road' railway overbridge. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 20 March 2025. (Parishes of Salwarpe & Martin Hussingtree) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2025

On 27 February 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following lengths of road in Parishes of Salwarpe and Martin Hussingtree to 40 miles per hour:

C2139 (Ladywood Road): From its junction with C2139 (Strand Lane) in a northerly direction to its junction with C2086 (Copcut Lane).

C2086 (Copcut Lane): From its junction with U41201 in a westerly direction to a point 330 metres north of its junction with U41200.

U41200 (Porters Mill Road): From its junction with C2086 (Copcut Lane) for 650 metres in a south westerly direction.

U41008 (Station Road): From its junction with C2139 (Strand Lane) for 540 metres in a southerly direction.

C2139 (Strand Lane/Church Lane): From its junction with C2139 (Ladywood Road) in an easterly direction to its junction with A38 Droitwich Road.

U41208 (Church Lane): From its junction with C2139 (Strand Lane) for 263 metres in a westerly direction.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 20 March 2025.
