What is happening?

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(SAVICK WAY, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Savick Way (Bus Turning Circle), Preston, both sides, from a point 30 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Miller Field for a distance of 66 metres in a northerly then southerly direction within the bus turning circle;
b) Savick Way, Preston, the north west side, from a point 44.5 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Miller Field for a distance of 17.5 metres on a north easterly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
