NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE ORDER SECTION 14 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH BA26/20, BLACKACRE, WHITCHURCH) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public Footpath BA26/20 commencing from a junction with Public Footpath BA26/19 at ST60836734 and proceeding in a generally ENE direction for approx 480m to a junction with Public Footpath BA26/4 at ST61216748.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be renovating a water main. The Order will come into force on 8th April 2025 and will be effective until 15th August 2025.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Public Footpath BA26/19 - Public Footpath BA26/18 - Public Footpath BA26/4. Vice Versa.
