(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 to 39 and 45 to 55 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) to amend “The Northamptonshire County Council (Various Roads, Northampton) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2018” as specified in the Schedule below.
A COPY of the Order may be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700. A copy of the Order can also be obtained on request by emailing WNCParkingenquiries@kier.co.uk
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose. The Order will become effective on 17th March 2025.

NO WAITING AT ANYTIME RESTRICTIONS
(DOUBLE YELLOW LINES)
Hermitage Way, Wootton – Both sides into Cowley Close for 10 metres, from junction with Hermitage Way heading North on the east side for 24.5 metres and heading South to start of Bus Stop marking. On the east side, heading south from the end of the Bus Stop marking to the junction with the High Street. On the west side, going south from the end of Bus Stop marking to the junction with the High Street.
PARKING BAY ‘CARS & LIGHT VANS’
Hermitage Way, Wootton – On West side, going North from the end of the Bus Stop marking for 46.5 metres.
