What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders: FRIARS LANE, BRAILES
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works for boundary box and meter installation.
Order Commences: 31 March 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.
Contractor: Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as indicated in the Schedule

Reason for Order: The closures/temporary speed limits are required to facilitate carriageway surface dressing works including the removal and replacement of road studs, pre surface dressing patching, replacement of road markings, sand carpeting and road sweeping.
Order Commences: 6 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 31 October 2025. It is anticipated that each road will be closed for no more than six individual days during this period.
Access & Diversion: will be appropriately signed.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times.
Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
