(THTTC3666 Mill Lane, Monkton Combe) (Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Mill Lane, Monkton Combe from its junction with Church Lane extending south east for approximately 30 metres. USRN: 47917226.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wessex Water to carry out trial hole works, tank construction and power supply installation from the 31st March 2025 for a maximum period of 18 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
Works are expected to take place in several stages between 2025/2026:
• Excavation trail hole works due to take place between 31st March 2025 - 11th April 2025 – Pedestrian access will be maintained and when no active works are taking place, road will be re-opened.
• Phase 1 of main works due to take place between school summer holiday period of Summer 2025.
• Phase 2 of main works due to take place between school summer holiday period of Summer 2026.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: No official diversion but a local agreement has been made between Wessex Water and the landowners which will be communicated to residents/emergency services.

(THTTC3730 Hatfield Road, Bloomfield, Bath) (Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Pedestrians) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a footpath closure in that length of Hatfield Road, Bloomfield, Bath from a point outside the property known as Lucerne. USRN: 47900046.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath to enable Virgin Media to clear blocked tee for new customer connection on the 19th March 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The footpath will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
Works are anticipated to be for THREE DAYS.

(THTTC3727 Norton Lane, Wellow) (Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Norton Lane, Wellow from its junction with Baggridge Hill extending east for approximately 75 metres. USRN: 47902296.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach safe access to carry out pole testing on the 3rd April 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 09:30 - 15:30hrs.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wales & West Utilities to lay a new service to property on the 1st April 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Bath & North East Somerset Council to carry out drainage improvement works from the 17th March 2025 for a maximum period of 12 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
Works are anticipated to be for FIVE NIGHTS between 19:30 - 05:30hrs.
